Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address or contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the registration form) or at any other time by sending us an email stating your request to hello@impro.ventures. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a service purchase, service experience, or other transactions.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's Site.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You may send us an email at hello@impro.ventures to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to delete or change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Site, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Site, including User Contributions, is governed by this Privacy Policy.
Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We store and process your personal and transactional information, including certain payment information on our computers in locations in the world where Impro facilities or our service providers are located, and we protect it by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable Hong Kong regulations. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

We store our customers' personal information securely throughout the life of the customer's Impro account. Impro will retain your personal information for a minimum of five years or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

Sometimes hackers create fake Sites and can try to copy Impro's sites to try to steal your information. Remember, Impro never sends emails requesting your passwords, digital wallet information, social security, or tax id number. If you receive suspicious emails, do not click on any links or respond to it but report it to us immediately using hello@impro.ventures.
Prohibition of Certain User-Provided Information

Impro does not endorse any, nor is it responsible for prohibited user information. You may expose yourself to liability if, for example, information provided by you contains is false or intentionally misleading; violates third-party rights; or contains material that is unlawful or advocates the violation of any law or regulation.

Intellectual Property Rights And Your License to use

By providing your information, you grant Impro a universal, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, within the limitations described in this policy.

Impro, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders and other agents are not responsible and liable for any loss of information or and loss resulting due to use of provided information.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account or through a notice on the Site home page. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page.
